General Data:

• The buildings are constructed in 2001

• The fenced plot covers 14,422m² and has four entrances

• The building is situated immediately at the industrial road and connected to the motorway junction towards Varaždin and the junction of the Ivanja Rijeka motorway. It can be reached from the direction of "Getro" building in Sesvete and past the PP Maksimir from the Bjelovarska Street in the centre of Sesvete.

• There is a possibility of railway transport to Sesvete, to the industrial siding of PP Maksimir (a distance of about 500 m far from the building as the crow flies)

• The 2 MVA (1,800 kW) transformer station is owned

• Gravelled and asphalted yard of about 3,500 m² for parking and product handling
